Tourism Langley owns one 10′ x 10′ and two 20′ x 20′ canopy tents that are available for rental from the beginning of March until the end of September. If your event is taking place in Aldergrove, the cost to rent each tent is $210.00+tax. If your event is taking place anywhere else in the Township of Langley, the cost to rent each tent is $230.00+tax. Please note that all Tent Rental Applications must be received and approved AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to the proposed set up date for the event. Tourism Langley has a sport hosting kit available for non-profit events and organizations on a first come, first serve basis. A $25 rental fee is charged for rental of any number/combination of items for each event. Invoice will be provided at the time of return of Sport Hosting Kit.
