Event Submission

Event Criteria

All events that are promoted by Tourism Langley MUST meet the following criteria:

  1. Event must be taking place in the Township of Langley. If you are unsure if your event is taking place in the Township of Langley, please visit the following link and enter your event address: https://mapsvr.tol.ca/geosource3/
  2. Event must have a tourism focus and attract visitors from outside of the Township of Langley
  3. Event submission must be received at least 10 business days in advance of the event
  4. Event must be open to the public and does not require membership

If your event does not meet Tourism Langley's Event Criteria, please consider submitting your event to Experience Langley or What's On Langley, who post a wide range of community based events both online and in print:

Groups are welcome to submit information about upcoming community events to the Langley Advance Times by emailing heather.colpitts@langleyadvancetimes.com. Publication is at the discretion of the newspaper, and host groups are responsible for keeping their information up to date.

ANY EVENTS THAT DO NOT MEET TOURISM LANGLEY'S CRITERIA WILL NOT BE PROMOTED

Due to the large number of phone calls and emails our office receives from the public mistaking us as the organizers of these events, we require an email and phone number to share with the public for further inquiries about the event.
