Blackberry Bake-Off

Invasive plants might be awful for our environment but they don’t taste awful! The annual blackberry bake-off encourages folks to get outside to cut back blackberries while picking these dark beauties. Then add them to your favourite recipe and enter to win prizes!
We have had entries from salads to squares, from sauces to scones.
