Their vision is to see hope restored, honourable leaders developed, and healthy connections made in a thriving community.

They operate their mentorship program through their café, Victory Coffee + Kitchen. They offer coffee, pastries, breakfast, and lunch menu items, with the hope of extending to dinner one day. They also offer catering and meeting room rentals.
