What is now Beatniks Bistro was once the Moorehouse residence, originally built in 1933, making Beatniks one of the oldest buildings in Fort Langley.
After standing vacant for some time the Choquette family acquired the lonely house and started to dream of a cool little restaurant where people could socialize, enjoy great food, great music and feel an extension of the family hospitality.
