Bar Down Bakery is a community-forward charitable bakery. Specializing in unique coffee beverages, bakery classics and irresistible fusions of your favourite baked goods, Bar Down Bakery offers a taste experience like no other. After launching in 2023 and becoming famous for their ‘brookies’ (which are the perfect fusion between a cookie and a brownie) Bar Down Bakery expanded upon their offerings to include freshly baked breads, beautifully crafted viennoiserie and unique fusions, like their ‘cronuts.’ They proudly donate a portion of proceeds to KidSport, as well as a variety of other local charities, and are on a mission to serve irresistible baked goods, that do good for their community.
