Celebrate Canada Day 2013 in Langley!

We have updated the events for 2016! Check out the blog post here

This year we celebrate the 146th Anniversary of the enactment of the British North America Act in 1867.  On Canada’s birthday there are a number of activities that families can take part in throughout the Langley’s.  From sipping local wines, listening to live music and dining at Neck of the Woods Winery, enjoying a BBQ picnic at Domaine De Chaberton Estate Winery, taking in the festivities including a DJ, free ice cream and Vancouver Canadians tickets at Willowbrook Shopping Centre, to historic celebrations in Fort Langley at the National Historic Site, Centennial Museum and BC Farm Museum.  If you’re looking to take in the traditional Canada Day celebrations then head to McLeod Athletic Park for rides, entertainment, car show, dog show, ethnic food, pony rides, and of course… fireworks!
