Chef Adrian loves his fancy new smoker. No surprise he’s eager to bring us this delicious “Smoking Hot” menu for our August dinner.
Pork shoulder, beef brisket & turkey sausage from the smoker!
- – Assortment of BBQ sauces & mustards
- – Potato salad
- – Coleslaw
- – Grilled marinated vegetables
- – Buns, cornbread, biscuits
- – Individual berry shortcakes
We’ll be crafting a smoky cider to serve until its gone. Clay Scott will be providing the entertainment as we enjoy another fabulous evening in the party tent.
