Their most popular event this year is back by popular demand!! They have added another night to their cheese making, and pairing event.
They are bringing in cheese expert Karin who will walk you through a step-by-step approach to making your own fresh Paneer and creamy Chevre cheese.
This is a hands-on class where you make your own cheeses, they pair some of their Backyard Vineyards wines with each cheese and you enjoy the fruits (or cheese) of your labour.
Included in your ticket price is all your step-by-step instructions, cheese making supplies and wine pairing.
