With international interest in the region growing the British quickly moved to proclaim the Crown Colony of British Columbia. The “Big House” at Fort Langley provided the background for this official ceremony. 150 years later the walls of this historic fur trading post still stand as a reminder of Langley’s proud heritage.

One of these such places is South Langley, the sense of community and agricultural roots is strong in this area and with that comes some pretty interesting things to do while touring this locale. Here are 5 things that you need to check out if you find yourself south of Fraser Highway.
