Thanksgiving is now only a few days away and if you’re like me, frantically trying to hunt down the perfect sized turkey at the nearest supermarket or local turkey farm, hoping there are still a few boxes of stuffing left on the shelves (I wish I could say I had my own secret recipe), and planning on picking up some of the freshest cranberries at Saturday’s Cranberry Festival in Fort Langley, then you might have also forgotten to pick up a bottle of perfectly paired local wine.
After my searching I came up with a great list of wines, local to Langley that will couple perfectly with a traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner.
Murphy’s Law Part II
Mighty Fraser, Red Cranberry
And for those who prefer something a little different, why not try a local brew instead? Dead Frog Brewery has come out with its newest beer, the Fearless India Pale Ale will hit the stores in early October.
