Cozy Cafes in Langley, B.C.

I can’t believe it’s already November! Where did October go? The start of November means two things, Christmas is around the corner and the rainy season is upon us. If you are like me, I love warm drinks and colder/rainier weather calls for that! Nothing is better, than sitting in a cozy café watching the rain come down, with some of your girlfriends or on a date. We are lucky in Langley to have some great cozy café’s for just that. I have put together a list of cafes from all around Langley that will make you want to explore for yourself!

Red Velvet

Nestled in Historic Fort Langley, along Mavis Ave, lies the Red Velvet café. Pair one of their house-made cinnamon buns along with your coffee or tea or try their Panini and soup for a heartier meal. Don’t forget to grab a table near the window, so you can watch the hustle and bustle of Mavis Ave.

There’s a wonderful, new, cozy Italian cafe that opened in Fort Langley just down from Wendels on Mavis Avenue. Was very surprised that Wendels wasn’t included in your list, by the way.

Thanks for your comment Karen! Yes the brand new Mangia e Scappa is great too for a cozy cafe. We love Wendels, but we wanted to showcase some of the smaller cafes in the area. 🙂

  • Andrea says:

In the Murrayville area, you can’t beat The Joy of Coffee. Real neighborhood coffee shop – they even remember your order, and their lattes are pure heaven.

Fort Langley is a coffee lover’s paradise, but one of my favorite stops is the Blacksmith Bakery. The citrus and nut cinnamon buns are my favorite, but their sandwiches and soup are delicious too!
