Heritage and Culture
Fort Langley is alive with history! Four big attractions are all within walking distance in Fort Langley. 
Visit the Fort Langley National Historic Site, where costumed characters recount the days of fur trading. One block down from the site, are the two museums; the Langley Centennial Museum, and the B.C. Farm Machinery and Agriculture Museum.
After your trip through the farming past, stop at the CN Rail Station to see the old train cars, and platform that was built in 1915. Lastly, take in the Canadian Museum of Flight, located at the Langley Airport.

This "hands-on" museum houses over 25 aircrafts, from the rare WWII Handley Page Hampden to a T-33 Silverstar. Come view this unique collection of antique, classic and historical Canadian aircrafts.

Downtown Langley Shopping District
Downtown Langley is home to 600 shops, services and restaurants. The pedestrian-oriented shopping strip along Fraser Highway includes historic Innes Corners Plaza and the trendy McBurney Lane. As you leisurely stroll through this unique shopping area, you’ll find handmade BC pottery and giftware, linens, art and art supplies, unique house wares and furniture, antiques, and a variety of other interesting items that you just can’t find anyplace else.

Note: The main shopping strip is along Fraser Highway between 201st and 208th streets, extending north and south along parallel streets.
Fort Langley Heritage CN Rail Station
The Fort Langley Heritage CN Station was built and designed by the Great Northern Rail Road in 1915. Today it houses the Fort Langley Artists Group and small museum with ticket office and waiting room displays. The site also features a 1920s caboose with original furnishings and a 1947 railcar.

Fort Langley National Historic Site
Experience the historic original buildings and interactive displays and activities at the Fort Langley National Historic Site. Come see the furs traded by the aboriginal peoples, watch the fascinating demonstrations by costumed interpreters, observe the art of barrel making, hear the ringing of the anvil in the blacksmith shop or feel the cool water as you pan for gold.
